Interpretation Speeches
For your final assignment in speech&debate, please find a SHORT (1-3 minute) speech from a book, short story, poem, play, or movie. You may do this assignment in partners or small groups. Your selection must express your character or emotive voice. THe ballots I will use to assess can be found in the document below. I will use either: Interpretation of Poetry, Intepretation of Prose, Solo Acting, or Duet Acting based on your selection. You do not need a formal introduction to the piece but you do need to tell us who wrote it and the title of it and any other information needed for us to be able to enjoy and understand your piece.
